Ric Peregrino, the Managing Director of GBS-ISC, was recently featured on the Fearless Mindset podcast (part 1), where he shared his experience and knowledge from his almost 30 years in the Global Protective industry and specifically International Protection Operations. During the discussion, he emphasized the comprehensive training and vetting processes that protection teams should go through and how initial vetting is the link in ensuring the success of their missions.
Ric also talked about the often-forgotten role of support teams that play a crucial role in ensuring the executive protection teams are successful. This included everything from logistics and equipment to medical support and even psychological support for the teams on the ground.
Ric emphasized how “Mentorship” was a big part of developing his successful career in not only International Executive Protection and Global Operations, but, preparing him for an executive role in the business side of the Safety and Security industry.
