Outsourced Program: Health, Safety, Security and Environment
While advising National projects or servicing large client organizations, specifically throughout Africa, Ric Peregrino often stumbled across in-country projects that had little to no mitigation strategies. These groups were operating in the same environment as the more extensive programs, which had spent significant time preparing and implementing rigorous Risk Mitigation and Emergency Action planning.
He observed that these smaller and just as essential programs had to rely solely on the larger NGOs for assistance in emergency action planning, logistical planning, and crisis management. During actual emergencies, Ric witnessed these same small programs being left on their own as the larger groups focused on their own teams.

Ric decided to create what we now call the GBS-ISC “Outsourced Health, Safety, Security and Environment Program. This program was created to specifically support Small to Medium businesses, NGOs, and NPOs that do not have their own internal Safety and Security Department.

    Becoming part of the Program

    • Organizations request to become part of our program;
    • GBS-ISC will work with the organization to ensure we understand the needs of the group;
    • If accepted, a Master Service Agreement (MSA) is signed. This MSA enables the organization to request GBS-ISC services anywhere in the world through a simple Service order;
    • Our Program requires a monthly retainer that is based on the size and scope of the organization’s programs;
